What is the difference between a nutritionist and a Registered Dietitian?

A Registered Dietitian (RD) is a credentialed health professional with a degree in a nutrition related field, completion of supervised practice hours, passing a national exam, and required continued education over their career. In contrast, the term nutritionist may not require specific credentials, as it is less regulated. It is always important to check a nutrition professional’s qualifications to ensure they align with your needs.

How long will it take to see and feel results?

Results vary for each individual, depending on specific goals, consistency, and commitment. Most clients will tell you they notice positive changes, like increased energy and more productive sleep, almost immediately, while lasting changes to health markers or weight may take longer. Together, we’ll set realistic milestones and track your progress along the way.

If you are unable to see us in person for any reason, we are happy to work with you remotely through a HIPAA compliant conferencing system which can be accessed by computer, phone, or other smart devices.
